Policies & Procedures
1. No services will be scheduled for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, or Christmas
2. Times specified are arrivals at the cemetery, not service times.
3. Services will not be scheduled to arrive before 9:30 a.m. on Monday.
4. Services will not be scheduled to arrive after 3:00 p.m. any day.
5. All services are to be cleared as to the availability of time.
6. Interment authorizations are to be signed and fees paid before service.
7. Saturday and Sunday interments are to be scheduled by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Memorial Specifications:
1. Memorials in Gardens A-D and Masonic must be a flat bronze plaque on a flat granite marker.
2. Memorials in the masonic section may be any size or shape as long as they are made of granite or marble.
3. Granite or Marble Benches are permitted throughout the cemetery no matter what section.
4. Memorials purchased through another company must be set by Aransas Memorial Park and are subject to a set fee.
5. Glass of any kind is prohibited in the cemetery. This includes vases, bottles, etc.
6. Fences, garden pavers, or any stone around your spaces are prohibited.
7. Concrete or granite borders are only allowed in the masonic section.
8. Any figurines, statues, flowers, plants, etc. that interfere with the mower will be removed.
9. Special Order Markers and Masonic purchased from Rockport Masonic Company will be ordered on or before the 21st day after 1/2 or full payment of purchase price has been received.
10. Markers will be set on or before the 15th-day after full payment of purchase price of marker and purchase price-perpetual care fee have been paid: approval of layout design. (For Markers purchased from somewhere else. The marker will be set on or before the 15th day after inspection of the Marker and setting Fee paid in full).
11. Masonic will be set on or before the 25th day after full payment of purchase price of Masonic and purchase price-perpetual care fee have been paid; approval of layout design. (For Masonic purchased from somewhere else. Masonic will be set on or before the 25th day after inspection of Masonic, and selling Fee paid in full).
12. If the marker or Masonic can not be set within the required time the purchaser must be notified in writing with an explanation of the delay, no later than the 5th day after the date by which the marker or Masonic must be set.
